When you choose a REALTOR® to help you buy or sell a home, it can be overwhelming. There are literally hundreds of real estate agents to choose from in Lethbridge, and most people don’t transact on a home more than every five to seven years. While I can’t dictate to you the exact qualities in an agent that are best for you and your situation, I can tell you that high performing agents who truly care about their clients don’t work with “anyone and everyone.”

If you’re not ready to start packing boxes, if you’re hoping to ‘test the market,’ if you want an agent who will tell you only what you want to hear in order to get their sign on your front lawn, I’m probably not the right REALTOR® for you. That may sound harsh, but I’m a professional marketer whose job it is to sell your home for the most money in the least amount of time. It’s also my job to ensure the transaction goes as smoothly as possible, and unmotivated homeowners will not do the things I ask them to do to get the very best result.
