St. Edwards is a small, older Northside community with a variety of housing styles and densities.
Amenities: Commercial services in the neighbourhood are restricted to Stafford Plaza, a small strip mall. The community is also situated central to Park Meadows Mall and retail strips along 13 Street North and 2 A Avenue North.
Four parks are in the community, the largest being St. Basils and St. Edwards, offering a significant portion of the community as public space.
Churches: The Bethlen Presbyterian Church is the only church in the neighbourhood, but Jehovah’s Witnesses, Buddhist, United, and Dutch Reformed churches are within walking distance.
Three buses service the community, and the Northside transit terminal is a short walk from most of the neighbourhood. Stafford Drive and 13 Street are the two arterial roadways servicing the community, providing easy access to Crowsnest Trail and South Lethbridge.
Schools: St. Paul Elementary School and Lethbridge Christian School are the only schools in the neighbourhood, and Wilson Middle School and Winston Churchill High School are within walking distance.
