Lethbridge condos are not ‘easy money,’ but they can be a desirable option for families who find west side rental options to be limited, not terribly comfortable (or clean), or less feasible than ownership.
As such, we have a lot of clients from Calgary and north who buy a condo for their kids attending the University of Lethbridge. Within three to five years, those same clients need to sell the condo after the kids finish school and move on. (And if Mom and Dad get their way, kiddos find gainful employment a little closer to home :))
