Lethbridge REALTORS® love to brag about how many clicks or online ‘hits’ they get from their website or other online advertising. While measuring exposure is certainly important (no point to the ad if no one sees it), the content matters more. Here’s what I mean.
Say your real estate agent posts an ad for your house and thousands of people in Lethbridge click on it. Now, say your house is overpriced, the photography is terrible, and the description of the home is not targeted to people who would actually buy it. Worse still, your home has not been properly prepared and staged. People can’t really tell what it looks like. The photos are dark. Based on the ad, we’re not even sure who would buy this place!
