Heritage Heights is about 20 years old and is primarily single-family residential. Many of the homes back onto the coulees, providing breathtaking views of the Oldman River valley. Several trails connecting the parks make the community quite walkable.
Amenities: This community has one of the largest collections of parks in the city, boasting 7 in total. Plus, Heritage backs onto Bull Trail Park in the river valley. Commercial services are available at Heritage Heights Plaza, but West Lethbridge Towne Centre and West Highlands Towne Centre are just across University Drive as well.
One bus covers the entire neighbourhood, but a second route is within walking distance. University Drive, the city’s fourth busiest roadway, borders Heritage, providing quick access to the Crowsnest Trail freeway, as well as Whoop Up Drive.
Schools: While there are no schools within the community, Father Leonard Van Tighem is across the street, and Mike Mountain Horse is within walking distance. G.S. Lakie and the Westside high schools are only a short drive away.
