In recent years we’ve seen an explosion of team-based business models in the real estate industry, and Lethbridge real estate is no exception. Most commonly, we see teams of various sizes operating not as independent brokerages but as teams within a larger brokerage. So for example, here at RE/MAX Real Estate Lethbridge, we have agents working solo, in pairs, and in small and large teams. Some teams have dedicated administrative assistants and other forms of support; some do not. REALTORS® will also co-list properties now and then according to individual client or agent preference.
Confused yet? Don’t be.
Instead of focusing on head count, focus on process and results.
At the end of the day, there are only three metrics that matter when selling your home:
- Sell for the most money possible
- Sell in the least amount of time
- Sell with minimal stress (we prefer ‘more fun’ as our mantra, but I digress)
Bottom line: How will your REALTOR® get the job done?
And how the job gets done depends on things like structured customer service, pricing strategy, and marketing. Furthermore, all of the sparkly marketing in the world won’t help you get the most money in the least amount of time with the least stress if your REALTOR® isn’t a strong communicator.
