According to the National Association of REALTORS®, most homeowners only interview ONE agent before listing their home for sale.* Buyers are much the same. I doubt Lethbridge is unique in this regard. It’s human nature to want things simple, quick, and easy. It’s also our nature to want to be liked by the first REALTOR® we interview, especially if that agent was recommended to us or has some other personal connection.
From getting buyers through the door to getting top dollar for your home to crossing the finish line to closing day, the right agent makes selling your home as quick and painless as possible. Yet the wrong agent can turn the entire process into a veritable Gong Show.
