- Total number of sales: 1023

- Average sale price: $283,123

City of Lethbridge – Condos
October, 2012:
- Sales to active listings ratio: 11% (15/134)
- For same period last year: 4% (6/156)
- Average sale price: $182,700
- For same month last year: $216,833
October, 2012 Year-To-Date:
- Total number of sales: 156
- For same period last year: 163
- Average sale price: $196,419
- For same period last year: $199,952
So far, year over year, the Lethbridge real estate market appears to be a “no news” story insofar as single detached home prices are concerned, though Year-to-Date sales volume has increased by 5%.
