The Dave Elton neighbourhood has been around for over 130 years, offering an eclectic mix of housing styles and densities, as well as several recreational amenities.
Amenities: Commercial services within the Dave Elton neighbourhood are wide ranging and include Centre Village Mall, as well as commercial strips along 13th Street and 2nd A Avenue North. Light industrial businesses are located west of Stafford Drive, as well as north of 2nd A Avenue.
The community has three parks—Dave Elton Park, St. Patrick Park, and Staffordville Park—which offer baseball diamonds, soccer pitches, and a skateboard park. There is also a cemetery in the area.
